1. First and foremost download the Samsung TV firmware file on your PC. Enter the model of your Samsung TV at the download center page and click on the button “Find It”.
2. Click on the tab “Firmware” and then on the icon “exe” under File.
3. Insert the USB flash drive on your PC’s USB port. Open the flash drive and finally double click on the option firmware file.
4. Unzip this file to the USB flash drive and click on the button “Browse” and then double click on that drive letter that has been designated to the USB flash drive and then click on Unzip.
