- Sep 12, 2011 I have. Windows XP, 32 bit and can not get the flash player to load. Do not know what version I had to start with. Try to load the 10.3 version it gets to 50% then tells me. To close the Internet explorer and bartshel! If i do this then there is nothing left to load. I tried to save it to my desktop but then itt says no active thread.
